Refunds & Cancellations
We get it, sometimes plans change, projects shift, or something just doesn’t work out as expected. This page explains how we handle refunds and cancellations across our different products and services.
Our aim is to keep things fair, clear, and respectful of your rights as a customer. We’ve written this policy in plain English so you know exactly where you stand before you buy, book, or sign up.

1. General principles
1. Our refund policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer legislation. We aim to be fair and transparent while recognising that digital products and services have particular refund rules.
2. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to us using the contact details on our website. We will respond within a reasonable time.
2. Digital courses, cohort‑based learning and downloadable materials
1. Digital content is typically non-refundable once you have accessed or downloaded the material. By purchasing and accessing our digital courses or downloadable resources, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once access is granted.
2. If you purchase a course but have not yet accessed any content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If the course has commenced or you have accessed the course materials, no refund will be offered.
3. For cohort‑based learning programmes with scheduled start dates, you may request a refund up to 14 days before the start date, provided you have not accessed any pre‑programme materials. After this period or after accessing materials, refunds are not available.
3. Events (live or virtual)
1. If you purchase a ticket to an event, you may cancel and receive a full refund provided your request is submitted at least 14 days before the event. After that time, no refunds will be issued. However, we may consider transferring your ticket to another attendee at our discretion.
2. If we cancel or significantly reschedule an event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a new date. We are not responsible for any other expenses you may incur (such as travel or accommodation).
4. Consultancy, coaching and advisory services
1. Payment for consultancy, coaching and advisory calls must be made in advance. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We will attempt to accommodate one reschedule without additional cost. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend, no refund will be offered.
2. Consultancy, coaching and advisory fees are generally non-refundable once the session has taken place, as these services are delivered at the time of the meeting.
5. Clinics
1. Clinics are one-off advisory sessions provided at a fixed fee. Payment must be made in advance. If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend, the fee is non-refundable.
2. Since clinics are advisory in nature and delivered at the time of the session, there are no refunds after the session has been completed.
6. Yes Club membership, tools and resources
1. Membership fees are typically paid monthly or annually. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your membership.
2. If we provide digital tools, templates or resources as part of your membership, these are supplied on a “use at your own risk” basis. Once accessed or downloaded, such materials are non-refundable.
7. Refund processing
1. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your account.
8. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to amend this refund policy. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continuing to use our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
