Yesology is a small, senior practice that helps product, marketing, sales, customer success and ops teams redesign how yes happens in their organisation.
Yes is where every good thing starts:
an idea signed off, a customer on board, an investor leaning in, you backing your own plan.
But in business, yes is rare.
It often hides behind a polite maybe.
“We’ll think about it.” (Maybe.)
“Send more info.” (Still maybe.)
“Let’s revisit next quarter.” (Maybe with calendar cosplay.)
Most of the time, the problem isn’t effort.
It’s decision friction, especially around price, value, and “is this worth it right now?”.
We built Yesology because we were tired of watching good work get stuck in maybe.
We wanted to make yes easier to earn and easier to say.
Before Yesology, we were on opposite sides of the same problem.
Lauren was deep in psychology and strategy, helping teams understand how people actually decide.
Hannah was fixing messy launches, fuzzy pricing, and marketing that didn’t land.
Different projects. Same pattern.
Offers that were good on paper, but hard to say yes to.
Pricing that made people hesitate.
Pages and decks that added weight instead of clarity.
Every conversation ended in a similar way:
“This would be so much simpler if people knew how to make ‘yes’ the default.”
So we joined forces.
Two consultancies, one mission:
to build Yesology. A way for making yes happen on purpose.

The science of yes
Humans don’t decide like robots.
We decide like hungry, tired, slightly anxious creatures trying to make the safest choice.
So we study the patterns behind yes, no, and “maybe later”.
Then we design systems around them:
✔️ Pricing that feels fair instead of random
✔️ Offers that fit the way people actually buy
✔️ Pages and messages that make decisions easier
✔️ Renewals and upgrades that feel like the default, not a fight
We call it Yes-ology.
See what we did there?
It’s behavioural psychology x what makes businesses succeed, built for founders, operators, and investors who don’t have time for a lecture.
What we do
Decision Science for Teams & Organisations
or companies where many people touch the customer decision: product, sales, marketing, CS, finance, comms.
We help you:
Simplify messy tiers and random discounts
Raise prices without losing trust
Give teams a clear value and price story to stand behind
Teach everyone who touches revenue how people decide what feels “worth it”
Right now, that includes:
Pricing System Reset: untangle tiers, rules, and discounts
Raise Prices, Keep Trust: plan and communicate price rises without chaos
Price Story for Teams: align how you talk about value and price across decks, pages, and calls
Pricing Psychology for Teams: training so people stop winging it when price comes up
Courses, Company & Support for Founders and Solo Pros
For the founder, freelancer, or do-everything human who’s building on their own.
Confident Pricing Course
A video-based course on the psychology of pricing, with worksheets and Q&A
Yes Club
A membership for founders and solo pros who don’t want to do it alone and get expert support as you build.
Meet the humans

Hannah spent decades in financial services, startups, and scale-ups.
Has an obsession with behavioural psychology and a healthy disdain for buzzwords. Quoted as an expert in pricing psychology in the press.
She cares about prices that feel fair, stories that make sense, and businesses that don’t burn their people out along the way.
Lauren makes things work in real life.
Has launched products, trained teams, and untangled the glorious mess between design and behaviour. Including Meta, Microsoft and two governments.
She focuses on bringing the science into the systems, so it shows up in the way you price, communicate, and run the business.
How we got here

Hannah spent decades in financial services, startups, and scale-ups.
Can spot a dodgy funnel from space.
Has an unhealthy relationship with behavioural psychology and a healthy disdain for buzzwords.

Lauren makes things work in real life.
Has launched products, trained teams, and untangled the glorious mess between design and behaviour.
Has worked with Microsoft, Meta, and enough startups to know what burnout looks like (and how to avoid it).

What we believe
A business that drains you isn’t success. Revenue only matters if it lasts. The best strategy is the one you’ll actually use. Building alone makes the hard bits harder. Kindness compounds. Small steady yeses beat one big maybe. And the best yes always starts with one: your own.
If you’re great at the thing but the selling of the thing feels fuzzy come sit with us.
We’ll make tea, open a doc, and untangle it together.
Stop guessing. Start yessing.
